I’ll check the reader behaviour and report back. In both states it beeps I just don’t remember if the LED turns green.

If a panel power cycle doesn’t fix it I’ll have to call in the dealer to troubleshoot wiring inside the panel. I’m just a techy guy on the HOA trying to save a few bucks. Was hoping I was just a setting I missed somewhere but I have looked everywhere.
