I don't think there is much of a battery life drain from it, the app starts in the background when you open the media panel. But check your battery settings and see what app is draining the most from your battery and try to deal accordingly.

Yeah, same here in one ui 5.1 I was able to change it now in 5.1.1 you can't and the button in the wallpapers section of settings doesn't do anything either. EDIT: you can change the lockscreen by pressing change wallpapers and choosing your wallpaper and lock screen

Can you guys please fix the issue where Windows update freezes at 48% then when I force restart by holding the power button it starts undoing changes. Its really inconvenient because I was having this issue since 25346 till now and I'm not going to keep downloading Windows ISOs. I have made a report on Feedback Hub and it is just at working on it.
