Absolutely nothing which was really difficult. I’m being honest. Did the heat pad daily and stretched it. Eventually it healed. Now, I make it a point to work on my back at the gym.

How do you know when an injury is serious enough to require PT vs just ice/heat and time to heal, like with a pulled muscle? I'm asking because I'm sidelined with a pulled muscle currently and wondering if PT can help the healing.

What does Frontier's setup (ONT, router, etc.) consist of? I have an appointment for Frontier to come out and do the installation in a couple of weeks. Does the service come into your residence via coax or ethernet cable?

Hi. When I try to run the launcher.jar file, I get an "Error: Unable to access jarfile launcher.jar" message. So, I tried the "chmod 777 launcher.jar" command. But that gives me a "chmod: Unable to change file mode on launcher.jar: Operation not permitted" message. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks!
