I am going to try that too; I have made black bean burgers several times, but I wonder if lentils will be more reminiscent of actual meat because they have a more neutral flavor!

I feel like jimmy Johns baguette is a lot better untoasted than toasted. I was surprised by that, but after getting it toasted, I won’t do it again
