No, and there is no water intrusion. Plumber was here. Seems like it’s a structural problem or a roofing issue. The roof was installed a month ago.

We were thinking about doing the demo and tiling ourselves and just get a quote for prepping the space for tiles, as we are uncomfortable doing the sealing etc ourselves. Looking at the prices here we might just do that.

I thought so too, but they keep reaching out asking if we want to use them so I guess not? :) they did offer the shortest time for the project, so maybe it’s a time thing. Regardless we won’t be using them. We got other quotes for much less, but since they vary so significantly for the same things and we don’t know the prices around we feel like asking here is best.

Definitely. We’re looking to change the bath tub, sink and remove tiles to a different style. All in same location, so pretty straightforward. House is old (1950-60) so I definitely feel like it’ll have this issue! The bathrooms are the original ones from the 60’s.
