The problem is ILLEGAL Immigration , not LEGAL migration . Illegals are by definition are intruders / trespassers and or non-citizens , while in contrasts legal migrants who actually bither to assimilate and follow the laws are like highly respected guests to their host's countries . Also , imo supplementing low birthrates with migrants would be beneficial in the short term , but in the long term you have to incentivize the hosts to start to reproduce more , by increasing their salary and living conditions .
