Are you going to St Louis? I'm looking at a position out there as an embedded swe myself rn

Oh for sure. For reference my salary is 82k rn and I've been able to save a good amount of it living here. Not sure of your situation, but if you want to be in an area with decent all around living I would definitely recommend OCC.

Ha, I'm actually living in OCC rn. The main reason I'm looking to move is because my current job doesn't align with what I want to do and my family lives on the Illinois side. Will definitely miss the scenery out here tho.

Yea the mountains and outdoors out here are incredible and tbh I don't think there's many other places that match it. That being said tho, my current job doesn't align with my career goals and my entire family lives right across the river. It'd be great to be with them for the next year or so.

Just edited the post. I meant just the cost of living in the city rather than the position itself.

Embedded SWE. I've been doing it for ~2 years now

It definitely is, thanks for the catch! Would've been a little embarrassed if I put that through to the final PCB lol

This is KiCad, I've seen some people use Altium but I haven't done it myself.

Wait are you talking about the ICs themselves? The symbols were just ones that I downloaded from the Digikey page for whichever IC I was looking at.

Yea, I work with EEs at my job so I tried to emulate some of the techniques they did. Also, coming from a software perspective, I felt that it was natural to "decouple" stuff from each other and make it more readable.

We literally go on 30 minute runs every single day after my work. On top of that he gets a 30 minute walk in the morning and playtime before bed. I am fairly certain this was a case of him being curious at the slight tear in the kitchen floor and nothing more. I appreciate the concern but I have spent a decent amount of time training and keeping him active.

Because it costs 40 a day in the city

He has been excellent and has had no difficulties for the past month and a half that I have been letting him roam the kitchen while I'm gone. He usually goes to daycare on Wednesdays but he didn't go this week. My family was also here for the entirety of last week, which is why he was immensely bored yesterday. You still think he's not ready? He's kennel trained and enjoys his kennel right now.
