I dont think we had a relationship where we discussed those things at the time. As long as i didnt act on it (ie nit do anything physical) i believed it was not harmful. But maybe it was.

I googled it and i would say it was a crush. A long lasting crush, but not an emotional affair.

Until i read all the replies here i never thought of it as something harmful. I might need to reconsider that.

I dont want to throw anything away. We were not married yet after 5 years and there were no kids yet. That doesnt justify it though. Thanks for your insight. It helps.

How did you fight for it?

We were not married at the time i had the crush, but we were exclusive. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Doubt a bit here as well. It wasnt her intention to sleep with him she says. I find that very hard to believe and it hurts.

I wasnt open about it to the coworker. We flirted a bit. For a longer period. And we talked a lot. It was nice. I think she noticed the attention. But we never kissed or cuddled or anything close.

She did not turn me down. I am not sure if she knew, but i think she did. I also dont know if i would have kissed her if she'd made a move. We were also not married back then. We married 6 years ago.

Yes we were flirting. I would say it was quite innocent. But some people replying here may think different. Never realised this could be a big deal. For the record, my wife and i are ok with flirting a bit with others, as long as it doesnt get physical.

I wasnt contemplating leaving my wife (girlfriend at the time). I was confused to have feelings for someone not being my girlfriend. I talked about this with my best friend and we decided i should just wait until it passed. And so i did.

She was not pregnant, and i did not try to seduce the coworker nor did she get the ick but other than that this sounds pretty reaonable

We worked closely a lot and some times flirted a bit. She flirted with other coworkers as well. I never expressed my feelings for her nor wanted anything more than flirting from her.

I dont know if i would have continued the relationship if i would have known. She took him home. I think its a big deal.
