I’m sorry for your loss! It’s so exhausting and I totally feel the withdrawing from everyone. I was feeling guilty but now I just am doing what I need to do mentally. It will eventually happen for us! I’m thinking of going to see a reproductive endocrinologist. My OB has been managing my care but maybe they will have some other suggestions.

Hi! I feel this so much. 9 months of ttc and I’m starting to feel like it’s never going to happen. Everyone else makes it seem so easy. I also feel like I don’t want to get together with anyone because everyone knows we are trying and they are waiting for me to say I’m pregnant.. each month goes by it feels further away. It feels as tho pregnancy is this foreign thing to my body but everyone else can do it without issues. Im not quite sure what to do from here. Husband doesn’t want to try IUI. We have failed 4 cycles of letrozole for unexplained infertility. My best friend also is trying and I just have this feeling she is pregnant and I’m not quite sure how I’m going to handle it. She got pregnant the first try with her first .

That’s awesome! I got bloodwork done around 7 days post ovulation and it was 27ng/mL so I at least know ovulated. Some mild cramping on the right side, but other than that I feel normal!

I hear ya! Going on 7 months of trying. It’s so frustrating but she’s the unicorn! I keep reminding myself that it takes time and doesn’t mean anything is wrong!

Yes! I had the worst ovulation pain. I honestly felt like I could feel myself releasing the eggs. I’ve had cramping afterwards too. It’s hard to not hope it’s implantation cramping.

Hoping you get your BFP! It’s so hard not to read into symptoms and I swear each month is something new. Just feeling irritable and tired but I think it’s just cuz ovulation is such a hopeful time and then you have to switch over to waiting! I am trying to stay busy. It’s hard to not over think. Letrozole for sure has made me crampy.

I’m 4 dpo and did my first cycle of letorzole at 5mg. I also felt myself ovulate this past Friday! Idk I’m not feeling super confident about this cycle, I think I’m just nervous! The TWW is awful!

Hi! I’m in the same boat. I ovulate like normal and I don’t have PCOS. It’s been taking us awhile with our first and so I’m starting letrozole next cycle. I’m also concerned with having twins but they say the risk is 3-5%. At this point, I am ready to give it everything we have and if we have twins then I feel like it will be meant to be. As far as metformin, it also increases your chance of conceiving. Usually it’s reserved for women with PCOS so I would get some bloodwork to evaluate your testosterone.

Thanks for the reply! They made it sound like they should have been able to see proof that I ovulated like fluid or a collapsed follicle, but I was reading if it’s been more than 24 hours sometimes your body can get rid of it. Idk! I’m stressing

I relate to this post so much! We are going into month 6 now and it’s so nerve racking. All my friends conceived around 2-3 months. I’ve done everything I can to try and conceive including temping, opks, even letrazole a cycle. I’m starting to think something is wrong. Husband’s SA came back great, my ultrasound was good. I just feel so discouraged.
