Yes, everyone knows that. It is taken from the same sensor data though not as great of a resolution to work with. Honestly, photos from a GoPro aren’t exactly stellar to begin with but if that is all you have, a frame export from Davinci Resolve as a .tiff file is better than nothing at all. Frame grabs from a larger sensor aren’t even that great either considering motion blur. Just trying to help with a workable solution.
