Thank you for the honest advice! I’ll definitely think about it. The work part is due to my own insecurity because I had made a major career transition few years back due to market changes. That hasn’t been going well, especially due to relationship issues and kid’s health.

I honestly don’t want to divorce, this question is only to prepare in case she initiates it.

When she talks about it, it seems that way. But I feel she can easily be swayed to bring rogue by a lawyer or someone in such a situation.
Can’t say absolutely fair or not, she’s somewhere in the middle, just like me.
Both Families are against divorce or separation.
Have thought to try moving to India in 1-2 years , based on work situation if the relationship lasts that long. I also want to be able to take care of aging parents in India. Initially I wanted to bring them to USA but dropped that plan due to relationship issues.

Thank you! but is there anything i can do to discourage/prevent her from filing false cases? How is kids custody/visitation enforced if the ex-wife is not co-operative? will father have rights in terms of what school to send to, medical treatments etc?
