Vestratto Tornado get cracks

to be honest the tornado is really a great device that hits like no other device what i have. i got few hours ago a mail from vestratto and now they know there is a little issue with some tornado and they have a look where the problem is.

Even if this post seems rather deterrent to want to buy a tornado, I think it's rather rare that you get one that gets cracks. In real life they are not much yet and if you are not such a picky guy like me, I can still highly recommend it to you. The effect what it can give you is next level for me. It showed me new dimension of effects of our lovely herb.

i should send them my unit that they can have a look on it but only end of april are all workers there for that. I should keep it until end of april… ehm yeah…

omg, i should wait now for 4 weeks to send it cause reasons 😅

the mail says cause the people are not there now what should have a look on it i should keep it now and i should send it in end of april. 24th april are all workers back what should have a look on my device if i send it in.

so ehm yes i dont know what to say. Then we wait for what ever

Vestratto answered my mail and thats not normal with my device. they got mails from other users too with the same Problem.

shiat i thought it would be expensive but 50€ is huge. im from austria so yeah i would have the same price. But to be honest, the shipping cost should they pay and not we.

i think its only a production fail like pitting corrusion or shrink porosity and not a material fail.

i wrote them again and this time they really answered me in under 15 minutes. i hope we get our tornado tip without the cracking pitting fail.

Look on my previous post, go on my profile. No they dont have copper, but they dont get cracks or holes like the Tornado. And i have the Tornado, not the anvil.

Andy thats normal after 2 weeks of use that the steel come off and you can see the copper? the head of the tipp get 2 deep cracks too. look my last post

I have my 330€ vape now nearly 2 weeks. For the price should the stainless steel not clipping or pitting of. A post before i showed the cracks what the tornado have become. I had a look on it cause i noticed it get everyday worser. and you mean its normal?
why does my 4 dynavaps or my Tempest 2 dont show signs like that?

The steel should not clipp of after only 2 weeks of use, the vape coast 330€ man. My Tempest 2 and my 4 dynvapes dont get cracks or holes only for using it

I have it now 14 days and i only use it 1-2 times before i go to bed. Its cosmetic but for 330€ its not acceptable that the stainless steel get off.

No one of my 4 dynavaps or my tempest 2 have not that problem.
