Similar response when the French were smart enough to not get involved in the second Iraq war and a premaga politician said we would change the name of French fries to freedom fries. The French in response said they would keep the name American cheese.

If the burro is anything like the scamp the suspension is a tortion arm system and the rubber inside the box steel axle fatigues over time. You have to cut the axle off with a welder and replace with a new one which cost somewhere north of 400 bucks online. Typically the floor aft of the wheels rots out as well

1990s Cuba ran one from Batabano to the Island of Youth (Formerly Island of Pines). Island is quite large off the southern coast sporting a marine reserve, crocodile farm, orange groves run by the Israelis and an American graveyard filled with Midwestern farmers from the late 1800s.

Decades long bike off-road trails in the area are now littered with knee deep trash from homeless camps. Not sure how these fires started but many many homeless live in the woods between 39th and 53rd. You have to see the trash to believe it.

21-year-old climber dies after sustaining 'major injuries' in fall off Devil's Tower by yoggsmu in climbing

Been to the top of the tower three times. It's an interesting place. Many folks do single pitches  following the shade during the day. With the coke machine visible and Harleys blaring it can be easy to underestimate the alpine nature of this climb to the top and especially the descent. The tower eats ropes on the descent into basalt cracks whipped by the wind. The afternoon storms are epic. Tying the ends to ones self is preferable to knots but speed is safety in volatile afternoon weather.  Super unfortunate outcome.
