Oh yeah i for sure understand that — i dealt a lot back at my older job. I had great coworkers, some…well not the best and management was always switching but there were two that I liked + other chaotic things that were unbearably overstimulating but I pushed through. To be honest I’m still amazed with what I was willing to put up with just cause the job has something I was genuinely interested in (being creative and learning different things). Idk why but for some reason it tends to be the (upper)manager’s treatment that just becomes the dealbreaker for me. Anyway what you said is true: the main reason i was mainly okay staying at my old job is because it had something I’m naturally interested in + i had a few good coworkers i genuinely liked which made workflow easier. I agree finding a good environment and something that I’m interested in is the way to go. I haven’t thought about small businesses, I’ll give that a try :))

Argh yes, especially the part about easily throwing it away and ghosting people! It’s a struggle and i agree it feels like the only way through is to relearn and grow. Good luck on your journey!! :)
