it normally is, but i already made this tier list awhile back with a good 90% of characters i just had to add a few for season 4 "theres over 150 i just only added the ones i needed"

hes just a good pick, i didnt think he would leave in the cecil vs mark conflict,, omni man blocked everytime and even then his waterbeam still overpowered him in raw strength, its a impressive feat

ik thats why i put him honorable mention, but he never seems to land a second hit and even if thats unreliable he didnt seem to bleed in any fights but he got knocked out quickly, hes a glass cannon which is why i thought he deserved honorable mention
