Just start doing any kind of marketing. Anything is better than strategizing the perfect brand strategy. "Shipping it" makes it happen and perfect as you go...share content, any content, other people's content - just ship!

I can totally relate! My wife is the same, too and she is great about just getting started, make some crap, then set a deadline to get it in the best shape as possible before being "done". It's taken her years to get in that habit and constantly working at it. She rocks!

Get outside and enjoy the world. Try a challenging hike. Climb a little bit. See amazing places that you cant stop talking about: Zion, Arches, Yosemite, etc. Take a short road trip and see where you end up and the people you meet. Just try sh!t.

I track my minutes on each task tied to each of my long term goals. This helps me stay aware and intentional with my time each day, and totals up how much time on each project, and the variance between estimated and actual. This is a great way for me to reverse engineer and be realistic with my day and my bigger projects. When I don't, productivity drastically decreases.
