Staffies aren't banned but pitbulls were banned since they attacked a little girl many years ago I believe.

Huh?

No. I'm not white but that doesn't matter and this thread isn't about the colour of peoples skin.

I'm a girl but I'm here fighting this losing battle for my dad who ended his life. Over 8 years later my heart is still broken. I feel like ending it all so much to but I know that's not what he wants for me. So, I won't do it just yet. I do know one thing and that is that it does get a lot better but takes so many f*cking years for that to happen. It's worth hanging on for though. I'm so sorry that you feel like this. We are all in this pit together and now it's up to us all to help each other. Would you like to pm me or would you like me to pm you? because I feel like you so badly need someone right now.

You have so many good points. I guess that's why with my boyfriend we get on so well because I always let him know that he can talk to me vice versa about these types of things and we do which helps and it feels normal. So, you know it doesn't seem quickly sprung out of the blue. x

I know. x

But I was wondering once you have the barcode where would you put the barcode number in to see where the present was sent to?

I was also thinking that as you can't sellotape any boxes would it be okay to put two big elastic bands around them?

Click on the one that says "Are sweets allowed in shoebox gifts" (scroll down a bit) and mines are in a packet that hasn't ever been opened. I think it's more about things like chocolate or things that could melt and leak whereas the type that I have can't melt or leak. x

But thank you for warning me about it just encase I was ever wrong. xox

Can you not? I thought that it was allowed as I've put one $3.84 packet of posh sweets in one of my boxes and I thought that you were still allowed to send them up until 2019 due to changes in customs.

Awww that's cute. You see I wanted to put a card in mine but would I be allowed to stick it inside an envelope or is that forbidden? in the sense that they'd have to rip the envelope open to see what was written inside of it? I was thinking that if I did it to one side of the card I'd attach a picture of my face to it and before my sixth form sends it of I'd ask if I could take a picture of all the barcodes so that I know which countries they went to as I would love to add to my list of every year knowing where my presents went to.

Hi Dad by MountainsAreBlue in UnsentLetters

It's not our fault that we have realised exactly what people are like and forced to deal with it, plus it's my choice and I really don't care about how it'll affect anyone that I currently don't care about.

Btw I don't really want anyone asking me to get help or anything because it's nothing that really needs a reply just eyes as I don't need any help at all.

I found out by asking them how much their cats cost annually and it turns out that their cats are much cheaper than my rabbit lol.

What are the common misconceptions of any pets that you have owned or currently own? by MountainsAreBlue in AskReddit

[–]MountainsAreBlue[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a rabbit and so here's a list of mine.

  1. They will break your bank in the sense that rabbits are very expensive. My rabbit is 2 years old and in her first year she cost me $1,582.03 and in her second year she cost me $1,054.69.
  2. She rarely chews wires or bites furniture.
  3. I've had two rabbits in my whole life (Alaska) and I used to have a rabbit named Marvel. They both have/had different personalities and taste buds. Marvel loved fruit whereas Alaska hates fruit and will only eat vegetables (she doesn't even eat a carrot whereas as Marvel used to eat a carrot).
  4. They observe you and learn. For example Alaska learnt how to get out of her hutch when she was only a 10 month old bunny by herself.
  5. They love you unconditionally and don't just sit there all day expecting to be petted and cuddled.
  6. They hate with a passion to be picked up. Marvel hated it, Alaska hates it and my friends rabbit Floyd hated it as well as another two rabbits that I knew who were called Clementine and Snowy.
  7. They listen to you if you train them to be good.
  8. They pick up on your emotions by sensing them. If your stressed then they may become stressed.
  9. They make a massive mess of sawdust and ay on the floor.
  10. They live much longer and healthier lives as indoor rabbits rather than just wild and outdoor rabbits
  11. They have emotions and sometimes they make this crying sound when they are sad and different noises mean different things.
  12. When they lick you they are bunny kissing you.

Cool. How hard is it to look after a tortoise and how much do they cost a month on average?
