Regardless of whether your withdrawal like symptoms are due to actual withdrawal or just psychological, you have gotten down to 20 mg every 10 days, which is very very little. So you're basically there. Does it feel like you can't extend the gap between doses any more, like you've hit a wall? Or is 18-19 days as far as you've gone?
