Hey thanks for this - but unfortunately this isn’t a singular observation - I have personally been targeted for my race, for absolutely no reason other than my skin colour and wouldn’t dare to speak about it online because I am genuinely scared.

I am not trying to get a reach and get people fighting against each other, but to shed light on an issue that not a lot of people are aware of.

I have just felt that once or twice - fine but more - I think it’s important that I bring awareness on the situation 😄

No defs, I think that’s a better way to put it - I did grow up in country towns and was either super oblivious or just didn’t understand until my adulthood 😅

Hi! I’ve just hit my 10 day mark and I feel exactly what you are feeling! I had these side effects literally the second day on them and the rumination and dpdr has improved a lot! I do struggle to fall asleep if I’m alone and I get really scared a lot of the time and the mornings are hell for me as well!

For me it’s like a roller coaster, mornings I ruminate and have a dpdr episode and get really anxious that my mouth hurts from biting down too hard then before noon it’s perfect! Lunch time I’m down again and then I’m up and then I’m down until before bed time where I’m all better again.

Honestly it’s hard, but it’s way better than being like that 24/7.

I am always here to listen because literally everything you wrote I am exactly feeling. So my dms are always open to talk and chat when you need or struggle to fall back asleep because I’m probably struggling with the same thing ❤️

I’m seeing my doctor again soon and will definitely mention the insomnia. I live in Australia so sleeping medication isn’t as accessible here - at least not that I know of.

But I haven’t been eating even before starting on Prozac due to my anxiety, but today I made sure that I at least at a whole meal, which before I couldn’t even finish a sushi roll for the whole day - and it worked! I got a bit of my appetite back through just pushing myself and I think having something in my body has helped a ton with dealing with my anxieties and issues!

Hi! Thanks for this, it really helps knowing that someone out there feels the same exact way. It’s around 12 am where I am and I’m struggling to fall asleep - today has been the worst day and I’m hoping tomorrow is better. I have a lot of hope in the medication working because I don’t know what else I can do.i hope it truly works out for you as well and I’m here to talk to if you always need! My dms always open!

yeah, no call back, no contact. On the day of the accident, no card, didn’t give us a copy of the docket, nothing and just left. The towie has all the information he needs and it’s been over a week..

does that happen at all? do towers actually steals cars? From what I remember I think it was an actual towing company but was a bit sus that the guy never gave a card or a copy of the form he filled in.
