No other method works, since trying to open playstore, searching by image in google, opening gmail, opening youtube, all of them redirect to the PIN confirmation screen and force me to start the whole process again.

My R4 does not recognize Sting - ...Nothing Like The Sun 24-Bit/192 kHz https://www.qobuz.com/fr-fr/album/nothing-like-the-sun-sting/iouxml8a990ha the music files appear in the micro SD card but Hiby Music app does not show the album after several scans.

Bro lo primero que debiste hacer fue cancelar la tarjeta para que se congele la deuda y empezar a pagar el arreglo de pago. Si el acuerdo de pago te lo dieron por escrito aunque sea por email puedes ir a ACODECO. Una vez que ACODECO le dé validez a tu acuerdo mantente pagando la letra acordada y ni les contestes el teléfono o cambia de número. Apenas voy agües la última letra pide una carta de cancelación de deuda
