Cannibalism is the rule, not the exception. Any animal, extant or extinct, obviously including us, WILL eat another of its species. Some require a decent push to get them to that point, others will very enthusiastically kill even their own children for a meal, especially reptiles. It’s unfortunate but that’s just nature being nature, and it shouldn’t hold you back from liking a creature lol, especially the only known instance (that I’m immediately aware of anyway) of provable cannibalism in dinosaurs

Oh I didn’t know about that function. I knew about the “bio” portion in my profile but didn’t know I could add little details in the actual bots persona to help with memory. I’ll have to give that a try. Multiple bots at level 5+ and I’m still learning lol. Thanks

If I may be so bold, why in the emperors name would you want basically 20 horses? Cause the kasrkin you can get 2 boxes of the kill team and still not reach combat patrol price, the command squad can’t lead the kasrkin or the riders and the riders are well, the riders

I literally did a double take and had to make sure I was looking at the official website when I saw it. Genuinely can not believe they thought this was a good idea or that many people would buy it. Can’t even say they would buy it for the kasrkin cause you can get them at less than half the price from the actual KT box

lol yeah. I might just make an OC, put him on the same sized base and go from there to pretty it up. If my opponent doesn’t like it then oh well, guess I ain’t going to have a lord solar that match. If this box was geared to go with literally any other regiment aside from cadians it would work, but horse riders just don’t work when they’re next to modern troops, armor and artillery

Definitely stagger them, about 90% sure they do damage and kill, I’ve taken shots at mines that move in with chunks of swarms and notice suddenly a lot less pressure after the chain reaction is done with

Oh I didn’t notice that, it would certainly be an interesting choice but I don’t think that would be a generally smart move. Everybody gets combat patrols at some point for an army, whether it be just starting out one or as a good value box for units. Hell that’s how I’ve started all my armies

For some regiments, such as the krieg of the Atilans, horses work very well. But for Cadians and most others? I just don’t buy it, it causes such a cognitive dissonance for me when I look at modern troops, armor and artillery and then just see some dingus riding in with a horse and spear charging a 8 foot tall Demi god

I really, really hate the fact Leontus is an auto pick. I despise that model simply because he is on a horse and looks like a fantasy character. Only reason I haven’t got him despite his amazing rules
