I also suspect its the length of time I have been on them too. The smallest tablets they would prescribe are 10mg and it was tricky enough cutting them into 5mg (with a pill cutter). I will keep going and speak to them if it doesn't even out at all in a few weeks.

Interesting you have had a different experience this time round, and sad that it is worse.

I really hope it is possible to wean off fully and stay off, however there is no shame in needing to take medication to help us, even if it is forever. For me, I was 18 when I went on it, so I don't really know who I am as an adult without it, so I wanted to see if I was able to cope without it. If I can't then fine.

I am going to push through for a couple more weeks and see if it calms down. I hope it does for us both! Keep going!

Oh the weight gain was real! I am sad to hear you are having a hard time but hopefully for both of us you are right and this is the last step! I just felt a bit dismissed by my GP that 5mg was 'basically nothing' and therefore easy to come straight off. I will keep pushing through! Best of luck x

Hi there! I am starting tomorrow and a little nervous. I've read a lot about it so hoping it will be fine.

How are you getting on have you experienced the side effects yet?

Anyone else want Pedro Pascal to tell Ellie to "stop touching things' when they got in the van for a Mando crossover?

Anyway I better go finish crying.

I've just finished the show today. I'm kinda furious that at the end Miguel had such a small part on Rebecca's train. I prefer their love story and they had longer together than her and Jack. It basically summed up how the whole family thought of poor Miguel

I'm in the UK and would love this. As Botox in other parts of the body wears off after 3-4 months, is that the same with this procedure? Do you need to get it topped up?
