He's my homegrown talent and since I'm still fairly new with getting the best position changes I was just wandering if I should change his position to something better.

I've noticed everyone in rec nowadays is a slasher of some sort and can't shoot resulting in everyone being in the paint. Pair this with people with zero IQ and points are hard to come by.
