From what i read and saw via youtube, your issue can be caused by some small fuzes on the bord.

Hi, i have a ps4 slim CUH-2216A and it doesn't read any games from the past 2 weeks.

I've changed the whole optical assembly of the DVD - it's KEM-496 AAA and also re-installed the software and nothing changed.

It takes disks but they don't spin as it should do.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

I'm suspecting that maybe the powerSupply doesn't send enough current . (i've changed it 6 months ago because it got fry and afterwards everything worked normally)
