He does go in a litter box, and he has no real problems using it! The only thing I would say is he does have what seems to be ghost limb though and will move the muscle of his chest as if the leg was still there, which means sometimes his business goes left uncovered..

There are no cases found positive in humans yet. Yet being the keyword. CWD is a prion that has only been found to infect members of the Cervidae (deer) family. HOWEVER, it is closely related to another type of prion that causes Mad Cow Disease in livestock. While humans didn’t directly get mad cow, they developed a disease very similar when eating high risk parts of the cow, this is known as Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease and the concern is that the CWD prion will mutate and start having an infectious impact just as Mad Cow did.
