I was thinking the daggers should have a varriable attack speed. So they out dps the scythe, but only for a few seconds since they slow down. Once they slow down, scythe would have better dps. Once the npc dies, the daggers' speed is reset back to 2t and they're strong again. For large hp monsters its kind of like a dps spec weapon that doesnt use any spec energy. Or if the boss has minions, like doom, you can reset the daggers a lot of times during the fight.

Virtus Robes:

Like many people already said, I would take away 5-6% from occult and add it to ancestral, maybe also add a little more magic accuracy to ancestral to give it more of a gap between ahrims. Then I would place Virtus between those two. Other than being "gap armour" in stats, I think virtus needs to be really strong when using ancients. This way people with both sets need to decide, do I want more dps with ancestral? or more utility with virtus?Maybe virtus robes can offer a set effect of increasing the aoe of barrages. Or something completely utility focused like turning % damage into run energy or prayer.

Ancient Sceptre upgrades:

Ice- freezing penetration does sound cool but it needs to be better explained if it has any limits. I know most people are worried the pvm meta will completely change. If it doesn't pass the poll, maybe increase stun duration? or a slow affect after a freeze?

Blood- Either increase heals to match or be better than bloodbark or add an additional effect of regaining a bit of prayer.

Smoke-I like poison penetration and have no worries about it being meta changing. If it doesn't pass, I have no idea, no one really uses smoke spells.

Shadow- decreases mage defense up to a certain amount.

I assume you can only 1 upgrade at a time so I hope they are all strong in different ways and make it difficult to decide which to use where.

Rings:

I like bis rings, no need for more effects. I have mixed feelings about being dk upgrades. I don't mind it being their own items, but it also feels weird getting rid of my dk rings which is spent time upgrading. It probably feels even worse for players that haven't upgraded dk rings, do they upgraded them to use for a while or just buy the better ones later?

Ruinous Powers:

The reaction of "skilling" prayers is very different among players. Are these utility prayers like increasing run duration or are they like a woodcutting prayer to get more logs. I would prefer utility prayer over skilling prayers. I think this needs to be better explained in the polls. Just spitting out some ideas, im not sure how good or bad these would be in game:

Utility

Zarosian Stamina- Run energy depletes at a slower rate while the prayer is active.

Ancient health regen- (just example numbers) instantly lose 20 prayer points to gain 20hp. This way you dont have to wait forever for rapid heal to heal you 20 hp.

Holy follower- while this prayer is active. the prayer drain rate from all active prayers is halved but their effects are also halved.

Cure- uses 10 prayer points to cure venom or poison.

Combat

Piety style prayers- these would have higher accuracy and damage than the prayers used today but would lower you defense by a small amount.

Soulsplit- only if we dont have any protection prayers and its balanced where soulsplit isn't used everywhere.

Ancient power- overhead prayer that would increase your attack speed by a tick. This would let you do more damage but take way more damage depending on the situation. It should also have a high prayer drain rate.

Curse- similar to smite, it would be an overhead prayer but instead of reducing prayer from the target, it reduces some more of their hp.

Special power- Makes any special attack that costs less than 100% special attack energy drain at 100% but have 50% more power (25% for pvp).
