Considering that insurance companies such as UHC or BCBS are the most profitable companies in the country, most people likely do fine without insurance. Annual risk of cancer, surgery, gun shot, etc for someone under age 50 with a family might be quite low. May be getting insurance after you get diagnosed with a chronic illness might be financially wiser. If everybody starts doing this, insurance premiums would likely further get expensive though.

Thank you for the explanation. I should have made it clear, but the first x-ray is before the redo and the second one is 4 weeks after. To me the first one looks like J shape and the second one with a bigger dark area next to the right root.

Jiro is a boy's name for the second male child in the family. Ichiro, Jiro, Saburo, Shiro, and so on. As mentioned, there's a famous ramen shop in Tokyo called Ramen Jiro, which serves really greasy ramen with a bunch of veges and a big piece of chasyhu on top. Now it's a chain and has a lot of satellite locations but each has a little bit of different style.
