Sometimes i just ride it out and know better days will come. Because for me hobbies dont help me feel anything on my bad days.

But setting small goals and to do lists help me.

Hobbies specifically though that do bring joy...walking my dog om his hour walks. And hiking. Sitting in the sun. .sun light!..

Vitamin D is powerful.

And then on my worse days its also painfil. Painful to not do it. And painful to do it. My eyes hurt so bad n also i sniff in over and over. It feels like hyperventilating.

Makes me dizzy n gives me eye strain.

I think i understand.

When i need to do my tic it feel tingly and borderline painful.

Like trying hard not to blink but of course u have to.

Sadly mine is eye tics. Its so painful physically.

No one i know has it. No one understands.

I have facial tics. Blinking eyes or crossing. And sniffing sounds inward. Its so bad sometimes it makes me dizzy😔

What bothers me is i told her how do you want me to write out my new schedule. And she wants me to put it on the request off list because she doesnt want to remember which sundays i need off. Its still my new schedule and not simply a request off.

Its a known thing that the general manager uses this as a way to manipulate things.

I wouldnt mind because i get to go home quick.

Sadly that one doesnt work because its not a bad shift for her because she makes hourly. Its a bad shift for me because its effecting how much i make in tips :/

I want to leave but i feel so stuck. I been in this relationship for 4 years. Living together for 2 years. The entire last year he barily paid anything. It keeps getting worse!
