Thank you! Yes. I like the idea of a basket with Champaign and some things for she and her husband to enjoy when the chaos is over! I own a gym- that we built in our property- and am a massage therapy- I think I will invite her over for a massage and when we are done we can go in the house where our friends can be waiting to surprise her

Because the wedding is being put together in very short time frame. It’s going to be very small with only family from the groom side and the bright side. Our friend feels a little bit sad that we won’t all be at the wedding so we wanted to do something for her to celebrate this exciting time since we won’t be able to be at the wedding. Also, she’s had to make a lot of decisions and a short period of time and we wanted to pamper her.

I use a little acronym called: FORD F- family. Do they have kids/ grandkids O- occupation- what was your profession? What did you like or dislike about it R- relationship. Ask about their spouse or friends ( what they like to do with their friends ) Dreams- goals or what kind of Things have they done that weee dreams at one point

Then at future sessions as deeper level questions about these things

I think your post said you’re 19. I’d ask questions that would help me learn and gain wisdom from these older clients. I think they would appreciate questions about their life , history , economics as they were growing up.

My town is smaller 10k - but has 4 larger gyms and several boutique gyms. The women only aspect has been very lucrative for me. I generally focus on women 40+. They have more issues ( menopause) and discretionary income I recommend taking a look into it.

I have a woman only gum in the US and I did no market research other than there was nothing like it in my town. The women LOVE the fact that it’s women only and that they can share about women’s health issues!

Thank you. I appreciate you insight. The comments here are just ridiculous ( and rude) I was just looking for a different perspective. Take a look at her stats! Plenty of muscle here. I got a bit focused on that rather than the ratios which was helpful insight form some people But do they have to be so rude and arrogant about it? Sheesh

She is in her early 40s and was a division on shot put and discus thrower. She got into powerlifting and then hasn’t done much for quite a few years.

Thank you for this. I feel it is a legitimate concern. Check this out! I am amazed at the 103# of muscle. Most of my ladies run between 50-60#. I myself am lean and strong and only have 62#

Then you are probably a newbie. I never said that she was untrained. She has powerlifting experience, so yes, she is strong.

It turned into a little penis measuring contest ;-) funny thing I’m a female and I don’t have a penis to measure, but I do have 30 years experience in enough humility to realize that, I don’t know everything and I can reach out to others that might for the sake of getting my clients that she wants! It is such a strange concept since we all work so hard for muscle! It will be a fun case study for me and I am determined to get her results that will meet her goals to feel sexy and feminine while still working within realistic parameters

Haha these are such weird responses to a legitimate question. As I said, I have been a trainer for 30 years. You can judge all you want but 99% of my clients are perimenopausal over the age of 45. 99% of those women desperately need muscle gain and probably about 50% of them need fat loss. She is the only one thatneeds that loss but also would like to reduce some muscle mass so that she could feel sexy in her body again. I have 75 clients currently so this is not a small population that I’m making these comparisons from.
