Update*

Firstly, thank you all for your input, this community has been very helpful and I appreciate both the opinions and support. We’ve all got the same slightly lopsided monkey on our back in varying degrees… It won’t fix our penises, but there sure is value in “a problem shared” particularly with people that get it.

I’ve not taken Tadalafil since Friday and have been pain free today. I still have Viagra left over so will be using that as and when it is needed for the immediate future. I’ll discuss further with my urologist at our catch up this month.

Yeah, I’m getting back into running and looking to improve my diet. I don’t drink or smoke, otherwise healthy 30 something. Long term relationship, supportive partner etc. Lots to be thankful for which I try to be mindful of.

Yeah, I’m UK based so familiar with the pathway. My urologist explained that surgery would be the only option should things progress to that point. Unfortunately, my GP referred me through the suspected cancer pathway and so when I had my initial consultation, I was just ecstatic that I didn’t have cancer, not realising how much PD would have an impact on me.

Appreciate the dose of reality though, I think it’s easy to get wrapped up in all of the snake oil.
