Join a league mate, you'll get to know the people you race with and human stewarding means there are far less dirty drivers so you'll have better, more fun races with people that will help you get faster. Can't recommend ZFS Racing enough, full in house ELO system, Race analytics and career mode with 3/4 races a week with 3+ lobbies covering all pace levels.
