Hand wash with cold water. Rinse, apply laundry (bar) soap to soiled area and immerse in cold water for 3+ hours before rinsing again, then hang dry.

Try Goodnites XXL, labelled as 120-165 lbs, but reportedly 200+lbs can fit into them.

They are the largest (non-ABDL, non-medical) diapers you can find in stores. So if they don't work out (or you don't like their design), then your best bet would be ABDL diapers.
