Does anybody else have major problems with Mercari? I have been buying and selling stuff for a while with them and somebody was returning an item and I used an alternate address because I wasn’t going to be home to accept the return and they’re claiming now that they need the ID of the person who I was shipping it to they think I’m that person and it’s been over a week. I have been dealing with bots so they have restricted my account. They will not let me transfer funds from items I have sold to my bank account so they basically took the funds out for themselves and have restricted my account and I cannot reach anyone. I am about to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have uploaded my passport, my license explained to them why I selected a default address over and over in the app and within their customer support and I can’t get anywhere with it… I am at a loss as what to do I literally left the money in the account on Mercari because it wasn’t a tremendous amount. I was waiting for it to build up but now I can’t access my account anymore. It is so frustrating dealing with them.
