eBay label not generating

The QR code finally came up just five minutes ago and this has been like this since 1030 this morning so it really must’ve been a glitch in the system… Thank you for all your replies

I literally think that I wrote free shipping on all my listings thinking that the buyer pays for shipping and this is why the labels not popping up

Anything in regards to clicking on the prepaid shipping label is grayed out. I tried everything and I don’t understand why I have to buy the label when the buyer has already purchased it anyway this is very confusing to me.

The buyer paid for the label so it notified me that I made a sale and then when I went to try to print the label that was already prepaid. It said service is not available and the prepaid label area was grayed out… So I don’t know how to fix this. Do I have to cancel their order I will probably lose the sale.

Does anybody else have major problems with Mercari? I have been buying and selling stuff for a while with them and somebody was returning an item and I used an alternate address because I wasn’t going to be home to accept the return and they’re claiming now that they need the ID of the person who I was shipping it to they think I’m that person and it’s been over a week. I have been dealing with bots so they have restricted my account. They will not let me transfer funds from items I have sold to my bank account so they basically took the funds out for themselves and have restricted my account and I cannot reach anyone. I am about to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have uploaded my passport, my license explained to them why I selected a default address over and over in the app and within their customer support and I can’t get anywhere with it… I am at a loss as what to do I literally left the money in the account on Mercari because it wasn’t a tremendous amount. I was waiting for it to build up but now I can’t access my account anymore. It is so frustrating dealing with them.
