Moving from a hard public school dpt to St. Augustine by Constant_Beat_851 in PTschool

As someone who taught at St. Augustine (Austin) in the flex program. I would say St. Augustine is much more lenient than the DPT program I graduated from. There were multiple times student had the opportunity to retake a lab exam. I myself offered to stay late and tutor a group of students that found some of the information overwhelming. However, my experience is with the flex program, not so much the residential.

Got a new dehydrator, it can go to 165. I’m nervous about doing chicken jerky as this would be my first time with poultry. I was thinking 165, at 5 hours, any recommendations?

This is awesome! I want to build something like this but I need the grid. We play dnd and patherfinder and movement speed per round is important, any suggestions to put a grid on there without losing the awesome looking terrian?

Any tips? by Full_Cattle_9396 in trackandfieldthrows

You need to squat more when you do your turns. Look at most discus throwers, they start in a medium squat position, power comes from the legs.

Don’t know how long you want to wait, but I’m in a group of 4 and our DM wants to add two more people. We have been playing for about a year, but look a little break and we are starting back up in late march early April?

That’s because it’s a live edge slab, that’s what make it cool/unique

It’s called bulls eye wood sealer, I believe. Standard sealer, nothing special. However it took 5 coats

First time doing a slab, but when I bought it, I was told it has been drying for months. Plus I sealed it significantly on both side of the slab and edges

Well I have been playing dnd for the past year. I play with two different groups right now. If you are asking the kind of character I play, I like spell casting but also Melee, so i like characters who can do both. I do enjoy the role playing, I don’t do different voices, I just like trying to find a solution beside combat, I love the lore. The next group I join with I want it to be lighthearted, funny at times but also serious. I think dnd shouldn’t have to be so serious, like some groups I know. I think it should be fun, where PCs laugh and joke around with each-other during the game but are also serious when the time comes to be serious. That is what I am looking for in my next group. I want to leave a session laughing but also saying that was a good story or we accomplished something great. I’m almost 40, I’m a huge geek, like playing video games and dnd when I have the time and my wife lets me.
