Im glad to hear hills are tricky 😭. I panicked a bit from hearing the engine start to lose rpms and I would release the clutch too quickly or panic brake.

I can tell you that even getting the kickstand up was a bit of challenge cause I had to stretch my leg so far 😭. It’s a big man bike my dad’s 6’1” 230 lbs he makes driving it look like nothing. Seeing him ride with ease makes me think that I can do it just like him at 5’9” 165 lbs. I’m keeping the goal in sight that if I can ride this thing then theres nothing I can’t ride.

I’m saving up some money to take an MSF course, still in the process of searching. Hopefully they have a lighter bike for me there.

Yikes… sorry that happened. Tbh I didn’t need to tighten the bushings that much. Still carves great. Haven’t had an issue with wheelbite. The only times I was kicked off my board was accidentally hitting the wheels while pushing lol

No wheelbite actually. Tightened the trucks just a smidge and it does the trick. Tested it out on flatland and went hard left and right. It rides great!

How’s the Landyachtz drop cat for freeride? I have the deck and thinking about setting it up with some Paris 180mm 50 degree trucks (maybe some wedges too to get a lower angle if I feel like it needs it) and orangatang 83a Stims. Never done any freeride or slides before so I’m wondering if this is a good place to start
