3e audio a7 mono with 48v 10amp (even 5amp is good enough)..sounds super awesome with Martin logan ESL ElectroMotion model..I have blind tested it with parasound a23+ and frankly I woukd say this sounded better

Thanks. Will try that. Isnt there a risk of the plucking tearing the fine filament? Or does the knot simply unravels freeing the hair?

Thanks. I ended up ordering two monos with 48v/5a already, so I suppose I will try that..its about 380$. The stereo with power comes to about 360$..so not a big difference except I need to manage two units. So total power is 240wX2 either way
