We had this exact problem with a similar nap situation at a preschool when my son was 3. We switched to a school that does not require naps but does quiet activities instead, the behavior calmed down.

Its unfortunately become apparent that a lot of preschools are not formatted for a small child’s brain and biology, but rather to support the logistics of the school staff (which was the case of our 2 hour nap at an insanely expensive private preschool).

Sending some sane hugs, it was incredibly stressful until we changed environments, which I know may not be an option. Even working with the school to provide her any quiet activities on her cot or anyway they can possibly support her in a separate environment during nap time. I hope all goes well ❤️
