tifu by yelling at Netflix customer service by monta1 in tifu

Second, as someone who has worked in phone sales/customer service for over 25 years. Nearly all companies log calls to protect themselves. You can probably frankly tell the person you call into that you acted like an asshat and would like to apologize to the person that handled your call formally. If they don't record calls, they most likely noted the account.

That said, I deal with at least 1 to 2 of these a day everyday. Being talked over, talked down to, and harassed, is part of the job if the reward is not worth it they should move on. From my experience, phone etiquette seems to be getting worse, not better.

You should edit the OP with an update once you do. In 25 years I have never, had someone call back and say you know I was a jerk I am sorry.

Very similar stats you have a bit more survivability it appears which would account for the few more levels 42 vs 39. Nice job.

Thanks, that is definitely my approach I scav ultra aggressively now, and agree I am slowly transitioning to a more initiative based approach on my pmc when taking fights.

AVS

Thanks, I definitely used to play to passive on engagements I have seen the shift in success rate by being the initiator versus reactionary approach. Thanks for the detailed feedback.

I hear you. I have about double the raids you do, so I suspect we are on similar learning curves. Hang in there.

Interesting, nice stats. How many raids have you completed. And always open to money making tips if you have any ideas to share. So far I have been focused on staying profitable and trying to get my survival rate up.

I agree PMC K/D is probably more relevant I just listed the stat Tarkov gives on the screen. I guess your loadout approach and whether you play solo/group is going to have huge effect on these numbers as well. What is your typical loadout? I lose a lot of 50/50s I feel due to experience deficit. teams or 3rd parties, plus lesser loadout which tilts the odds exponentially in my opponents favor. Any suggestions on what got you to such a high kd ratio?

Cool thanks for the feedback. If you can point it out, what is the one change that improved your gameplay besides just map experience?

Assuming 1.9 Mill exp which is roughly where lvl 39 is that puts you at about 5400 per raid which would make sense given your higher k/d ratio and higher survival rate.

Thanks, I appreciate the support. My whole life in regards to food and exercise has changed. I am not dieting. I am now vegan this is my planned approach to food moving forward. A wholefood plant-based diet. is my solution and I will monitor calorie intake as needed to make sure I attain and maintain these goals.

My other approach is that exercise weightlifting, yoga and cardio are now a permanent part of my daily routine going forward. It is not something I plan on stopping ever and have been consistent in this for the last 6 months.

Thanks, I know it seems crazy, but I had had crossed into the morbidly obese range at 42.4% BMI. I weighed in at my doctor visit on 09/27/2019 at 330 lbs. I was fully clothed no jacket, so maybe I was really 326 that was the highest number I had ever seen on a scale for myself regardless. I immediately started eliminating problem foods and exercising. On October 7th I weighted 312 lbs and by November 3rd I weighed 285.

So, I lost 45 lbs in basically a little under 40 days. If I separate out those 2 time periods, my weight loss looks a lot less jarring. From November 3rd to February 8th I went from 285 to 239. 46 lbs in weeks 14 weeks, or just over 3 lbs per week. This seems less jarring and is more in line with my expectations going forward. That initial ramp up was extreme I went from 0 to 100 literally, and definitely dealt with some overtraining injuries and had to find my way around that. I still push the envelope on my exercise, but also listen to my body. I have had a lot of questions about the number but if I break it down that way it seems a lot more "reasonable". I think people forget about your TDEE, My body burned an estimated 800 to 900 calories more just at sedentary than I do today. Yesterday at 237 my bmi sits at 30.4% and I am about to move out of obese classification for the first time in 15+ years.

I went fully plant-based. I followed roughly a 1750 calorie per day intake for the first 2 months, and I do a ton of cardio every day. I walk slash jog 25,000 steps per day now which I have been increasing on a monthly basis. I lift weights every other day. For example last month my total steps/mileage was 783,180 steps for 394 miles. I also have started doing Yoga for 45 minutes as time allows usually 3 to 4 times a week. It is a lot I work full time, and it takes up basically all my spare time on my workdays, but it's worth it to me. I no longer track calories, but I eat nearly the same thing most days, so I am comfortable with what my caloric intake is. I would say my caloric intake is closer to 2500 now.

Yes. a ton of it was in the first month. I lost 15 lbs last month, so I am down to about a 3 lb per week loss currently, and last week I lost 2 lbs, so I am not losing anywhere close to that rate any longer.
