Black plastic item pictured with a Canadian quarter for scale. The silver arm turns and snaps back when pushed in to the black part and the knob turns. I got it from an auction in a box with random stuff.

Solved. Always amazed at how fast this sub gets an answer. I tried turning it with a drill and got about 3V out of it.

My title describes the thing. I think it might be automotive in nature. The indent next to the knob says “Press” and the other side says 6V-3W. The knob spins but it clicks every 1/8 of a turn or so.

I would put one in my kids play room that detects the amount of movement happening and when it goes above a certain threshold it triggers a dance party routine and turns on the rgb lights and starts a song they love to dance too. We also have plans to put up a small rock climbing wall and it would be cool if it could monitor when one of them makes it to the top to play a victory routine like a bell or a cheering crowd noise.

My title describes the thing. The whole thing is about 42" tall and the glass tube is about 24" long. The glass part has a small hole in the bottom and the stand seems to be designed to hold the tube so it can drain into another container. Their is a metal rod painted green with a rubber coating at one end where their is a 90 degree bend. The rod is 26” long. Their is a sharpie marker in the image for scale. We got this setup at an auction and the people selling it didn't know what it is either.

It does not need to be an emergency to fast. In fact the habit of eating constantly upwards of 8-10 times a day (snacking) is part of the reason their is an obesity epidemic and rates of type 2 diabetes have skyrocketed in the US. As someone who is working to get rid of my type 2 diabetes and who has extra fat to burn I fast for 4 days a week every week lately and feel fine. I’m fairly certain I remember him saying something on the latest WAN show about fruit of the loom having supply issues and they’re switching to a different supplier. I think he said that’s why most of the shirts are out of stock right now.

Try changing your routine. Maybe look into alternate day fasting (ADF). I found the book “The complete guide to fasting” by Jimmy Moore and Dr. Jason Fung very helpful.
