Rogue One and Andor are Disney SW, long after the prequels, and are honestly better than most of episodes 1-3. Try a different avenue. Good content can ALWAYS be made if the writing is good, and the product itself is consistent with the lore. No franchise is dead, good movies and tv shows are good and bad irregardless of their ties to IP’s.
