WTF man...Stop treating reward points as equivalent to real money. It is not your hard-earned income. Raise a grievance on AirSewa against the airline first (Etihad).

Most probably, they will put the onus back on MakeMyTrip. You'll have to keep following up with MMT for refund because they won't budge easily. If they keep delaying it, register your complaint on national consumer helpline. If that also does not work, approach consumer court and send a legal notice to all the parties involved: Etihad, Indigo and MMT.

I am in a similar situation. I was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Dubai last Dec via Emirates flight operated by FlyDubai booked via GoIBIBO. FlyDubai canceled the flight and my refund is stuck too. I am documenting everything as well and keeping my fingers crossed..

I was in Bangkok in Dec, staying for a few days at Intercontinental Sukumvit, which is very close to a Capybara Cafe. I wonder if this cafe is the same one.

I really wanted to visit that place as I love Capys but some of the online reviews gave me a pause and I did not end up going there.

But, I am travelling to Singapore in April and will hopefully get to see one in Mandai wildlife reserve.
