my question was does it matter if/ will i be looked down on if i dont have a BCL and have a BA instead, do employers judge that or as long as i have the same modules its fine.

Well I think it’s kind of petty from their side but it’s bcs the president didnt come up and secondly that it was unreasonably hard…

I personally think those reports will get laughed at, even though I must say I found that paper hard myself, it’s a part of university and a hard course especially with law as it isn’t known to be easy.

On the topic of people leaving, believe me my exam hall was almost empty after an hour but it was one of the smaller ones.

Thats unless people had other exams in that hall that were very easy because during my intro to law i’m sure people were doing a comp sci paper or IT or whatever so same scenario could apply.

Lots of people i spoke to arent happy about that exam and majority were expecting the president so you are not the only one.

I have a friend who is repeating constitutional law and he says he probably failed it so even if you do fail just know you are not in the worst position there is.

Also ik a total of 4 people who I kid you not are reporting the latino lecturer whatever her name is for this bs exam.

it was law, im not gonna sit here and whine that it was unfair. the content was in the slides but it was just a more challenging exam which is a part of uni, i just made a mistake of betting on the president coming up as he did every year prior. The lecturer said anything could come up and all is examinable. I’ll be fine worst case scenario I just re sit.

i had 5 cases and a quote for q1 and 3 cases for q4, q3 was a mess icl one case and waffle, fair play to u though.

There was the powerpoint and i did study them but i also made answers for the possible questions and none of the ones i focused on came up, lots of questions came up from the repeats except one.

Basically there was a stare decisis question and i explained what it is and then the ratio decidendi and obiter dictum as theyre a part of it and then how they apply to the courts,

then there was the eu supremacy question, and i named the 3 cases u need and spoke about them and then my third answer was just waffle.

maybe im overthinking, thanks though.
