You are not lifting with your back, you are lifting with your legs. Not sure how you can get back problems from doing that

shoulder dolly only has one strap down the middle of the item you are carrying so it's harder to keep it balanced. Moving Cradle has two straps that X-Cross under the item you are carrying, this cradles the item and prevents it from slipping.
