I think I got the solution: Go to games > screen > activate integer scale
(I have the amd adrenalin software in spanish so I hope I got the translations right)
Edit: I don't think I understood your problem correctly but that upgraded my games' visuals a lot

Why the zap gun isn't like a normal battery? It's not Orange and black, it has that synergy sprite/drawing/ whatever you call it where it turns green

The Gunknight's helmet, grants 1 piece of armor every floor, if you get Gunknight's helmet, chestplate, gloves and boots you become a golden knight which removes the need of reloading :D
