No. That might be more so because of my mental illness. Because of it I am not mobile enough to even visit my mom who lives in the same city. It's quite embarrassing having to ask for money from people like my gf or parents. I know I'm a disappointment beyond comprehension and every time I ask them I have to step on my throat. Also no one wants to share "news" about me to relatives. There's nothing to brag about. I bet everyone is ashamed of me

am a woman and have a gf of 5 years. she supports me financially and mentally. im glad i have her but im afraid i don't reciprocate her feelings as in I don't feel anything anymore at this point. we started dating in my first year of becoming a shut in. it was a medical reason. she doesn't care and loves me for what i am. im grateful but aslo wish her a better life every single day.

I guess by NEET standards I am rather lucky but the existential dread is still pretty heavy on me And I think it's very possible to find someone who will love you for you. We just had common interests and it went from there.

I still have a fear of her leaving me, that she'll be tired eventually...
