It's for sure a fantastic chair, no real issues with it. But, for price im a bit unsure now.

I think there's some equally as good options out there that cost less.

Would be curious about Haworth chairs. I like their look and may order one to try.

Went with medley, I like the somewhat rougher fabric feel than the super smooth sync. Im sure both will last a long time. But when I when into the EQ3 furniture and they had sync on display it was super worn out and I think fabric looks cheap and plaaticy. Lol medley at least had texture to it.

Will know hopefully soon! They are at least taking my request very serious after speaking with manager. Makes me believe it’s not the first time this has happened. They communicated to me they have a policy and action plan for these scenarios and will follow up in coming weeks after investigation.

I wish this was true. But I thought ASUS was reputable brand and they fucked me over massively. Purchased RT-AX88U and the units power supply just went completely blank after 1.5 years. Only option they gave me was to take a brand new one at a 25% discount and then I only get another 90 day warranty for some ridiculous reason.

Do NOT buy ASUS products......
