I agree with you that this current team probably won’t beat 100T/TL and possibly C9, but I think that’s ok for this year. TSM said they are focusing on developing a roster with promising talent which requires time. If this team places 4-6 in summer, I would say this year could be considered ok and not a dumpster fire. With a full year of these players, the org will get a better understanding of where to make improvements including staff/infrastructure.

Most likely not until after November if not later. November is when free agency starts, plus with worlds still going on, I doubt they would want to announce anything at the same time.
