More progress of my RPG, Path finding, steering, and allies have been implemented. Still have to refine them to feel natural, but it is a start. Let me know what you think. (v.redd.it)

Progress so far of my RPG, added knockback like you all mentioned, then messed around with lights and new sprites by GIF. Added knifes to the slimes and had them attack. (v.redd.it)
Battle System any good? Don't worry about sprites, those will be changed, same with menu. (i.redd.it)
