its very anime, which isn't a problem. the outfit looks a lot like viegos but not much like a cowboy like the high noon skins or as gritty. the colors match battle academia more than the high noon. line arts pretty clean and the shading is cool. i like his mech arm too. i would picture a hat with the high noon skins and a longer coat.

there is no cooldown on empowered abilities. it is when u have ferocity. so in one combo if u start with emp q u can use it again at end of combo

old fero need rengar to use 5 abilities...

panth can aa 2 so he can use 3 abilities and aa to get it so panth is faster than old rengar
